Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable, with a $25 service charge if written cancellation is received 5 business days prior to the first day of class. Any cancellation received within 5 days prior to the first day of class will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the course registration fee. Those who do not cancel before the first day of class and do not show up for class will be considered no-shows and will forfeit their registration fees. Transfers to alternate classes are not available. Requests to substitute one student for another can be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@eventsolutionsmanagement.com or by fax to +1 877-721-0044.
